Low-Level Laser Therapy – Cold Laser Therapy

PhotoBioModulation, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is an emerging medical technique in which exposure to low-level laser light or light emitting diodes stimulate cellular function leading to beneficial clinical results for various conditions and diseases. PBMT can treat Acne, Aging, Hair Loss (Regrowth), Pain Relief, Fat Loss, Stem Cell Production, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Heart Attack, Spinal Cord Injuries & Nerve Regeneration. In modern terminology, all types of toxins at the micro level are an unwanted accumulation of free radicals in the mitochondria of the bodies’ cells. Cells require a constant supply of ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) to keep removing these free radicals from the mitochondria. The free radicals are by-products of the metabolism and when not removed from the cells become the source of toxins and are responsible for all types of diseases in one way or another. Free radicals are the equivalent of Ama in the Ayurvedic language. Our improper lifestyle, which includes diet, nutrition, exercise, stress and pollution all contribute to the production of these free radicals and the insufficient amount of ATP production. Panchakarma procedures help remove these free radicals in a gentle manner. This gives a fresh head start to a new beginning.

A complementary tool to Panchakarma in the armoury of modern medicine is called Photo Bio Modulation (PBM). It is also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and Cold Laser. However, PBM is the most commonly used terminology and is an emerging medical technique in which exposure to low-level laser light or light emitting diodes stimulate cellular function leading to beneficial clinical effects. This non thermal process results in beneficial therapeutic outcomes including, amongst others, the alleviation of pain or inflammation, immunomodulation, and promotion of wound healing and tissue regeneration.

The application of red or near-infrared light to tissue suffering degeneration or injury results in improved repair and reduction of inflammation and pain. PBM Therapy appears too good to be true as it does many things, but really it does just one thing and it does it very well and that is, it reduces oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is accepted as the underlying trigger for most diseases and degenerative conditions. It is also a component in the inflammatory phase of acute and chronic injuries. Global Wellness Revolution is a combination of a gathering of as much wisdom from the ancient seers to modern research. It is time for Ayurveda with its eternal wisdom to be the frontrunner of this global movement.

IVAC’s Ayurvedic Cuisine

“You eat food as medicine, not medicine as food”

We provide simple nutritious healing vegetarian food. According to Ayurveda one should eat all the six rasas(taste). Your diet is tailor-made at our center to suit your health condition. Our chefs and doctors work in coordination to provide you the most appropriate diet during your stay here. We provide organic food based on availability. IVAC offers full range of Yoga therapies through highly qualified Yoga teachers. Many clinical researches world over have clearly proved the benefits of Yoga and Meditation. It is now a well-known, evidence-based fact that Yoga and Meditation combined with Ayurvedic diet could halt and reverse even over 90% blocked coronary arteries. Yoga, Meditation combined with Ayurvedic lifestyle is almost a panacea for a host of diseases where modern medicine or other alternative systems do not offer satisfactory relief or cure without significant side effects.

Yoga Therapy

“Possessing strength and stillness is a sign of balance: power and serenity combined in one moment. It’s challenging enough to hold either one, let alone both, in perfect equipoise, but that is the goal if we want to be balanced.“ All our programs are natural, nourishing and relaxing.

Each treatment is designed to promote and restore health and is holistic in the fullest sense. We empower you to take charge of your own health. We offer an assortment of meticulously designed therapies, well- Matched Yoga and Meditation programs. A team of dedicated Ayurvedic Vaidyas (physicians) meets the health needs of all our guests, each of whom fills out a detailed health questionnaire and undergoes a basic constitution assessment on the basis of which, therapies are recommended. Our approach to healing is multi-disciplinary. We examine the complex interactions between physical, social, mental and Environmental factors and how they affect our lives.
